1. The Under Secretary for Management, Henrietta H. Fore, has approved the promotion of the following members of the Service assigned to a class in the Foreign Service Schedule. The promotions result from the findings of the 2005 G-II Classwide, G-II Panel A, G-II Panel B and G-II Panel C Foreign Service Selection Boards, which met this summer and reviewed the Official Performance Folders of Political, Management, Economic, Consular and Public Diplomacy Officers in class FS-02.

2. A statistical summary of the 2005 promotions will be published in the near future.

3. The effective date of these promotions will be announced in early October.
