Amb. Kenton Keith, the 2016 Foreign Service Cup recipient, joined the Global Ties U.S. Advisory Council in 2009 and serves on the boards of AFS-USA, the Council on International Education Exchange, and Partners for Change. He is a member of the American Academy of Diplomacy and the Washington Institute for Foreign Affairs. He served as the Senior Vice President of Meridian International Center from 1997-2010, after a career as a Foreign Service officer with the U.S. Information Agency. From 1992-1995, Amb. Keith served as Ambassador to the State of Qatar. He retire from USIA with the rank of Career Minister. This event costs $25 and includes lunch.
