End Date/Time:
Friday, September 7, 2018 - 11:00
Description:

Ms. Reggie Littlejohn will discuss the impact of China's One-Child Policy, now its Two-Child Policy, from a variety of perspectives, addressing historical,  human rights and demographic concerns. She will also provide an update on the current status of population control in the world's most populous nation and offer thoughts on possible solutions going forward. Ms. Littlejohn is the founder and President of Women's Rights Without Frontiers. A graduate of Yale Law School and an experienced litigation attorney, she is an acclaimed international expert on China's One Child Policy. Her organization has been called the "leading voice" in the battle to expose and oppose forced abortion and gendercide in China. Women's Rights Without Frontiers is unique because the organization has "boots on the ground" - a network of fieldworkers - inside of China. This event costs $25 and includes lunch.
