Certified Specialist of Wine and Sommelier Rachael Hotaling (formerly Buehrer) returns to DACOR to share her knowledge about the wines of Oz. Forget those wallaby labeled bottles you see everywhere; the evening will feature a selection of wines that highlight Australia's diverse viticulture and great terroir. Learn about what to look for in white, red and sparkling wines from the land down under as well as tips on tasting wines in general. In addition to the wines, the event will feature paired food.
