Dr. Inder Sud has over 40 years of experience in international development. He began his career at he World Bank, where for over 30 years he held a number of managerial positions in a variety of sectors and regions until 2001, including East Asia & Pacific, Transport, Urban Development and Water Supply, Energy, Industry, Finance, South Asia, Finance and Private Sector Development, and the Middle East. After leaving the Bank in 2001, he taught part-time at Duke University and The George Washington University, subsequently taking up a full-time faculty position at he Elliott School of International Affairs where he served as co-director of the International Development Studies Program and later Director of the Masters Program in International Affairs. In his recent book, Reforming Foreign Aid: Reinvent the World Bank, Dr. Sud draws extensively on his long experience in different regions and situations. This event costs $5.
