RADM Paul Becker is a former Naval Intelligence officer who served for 30 years around the globe in peace, crisis and combat. He is a recognized expert in national security affairs and leadership. His service includes Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon, the U.S. Pacific Command in Hawaii, the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command in Afghanistan, command of the U.S. Central Command's Joint Intelligence Center, and he was a Naval Attache to France. He most recently served as the head of the Presidential Transition's Intelligence Community Landing Team which provided policy guidance and operational counsel to new administration Cabinet Secretaries. RADM Becker founded the Becker T3 Group LLC in 2016, a consulting firm focused on strategic planning, global risk management, business intelligence and cyber operations with expertise in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
