Welcome to AFSA's Elderhostel web site. This page will be act as a clearinghouse of information for all of AFSA's Elderhostel programs. With the assistance of Elderhostel Coordinator Ásgeir Sigfússon, I coordinate all of AFSA’s Elderhostel programs in Washington, DC. We also have an advisory role for all of our programs in other locations.

To the side you will see our upcoming programs, which take place in 10 locations around the United States. We offer 5-day programs as well as 1-day "Day of Discovery" programs; please take your time as you browse through these and identify the program that most interests you. I also point you to the "Helpful Links" section which includes the essentials if you are traveling to one of our Washington, DC programs.

You may contact me at bay@afsa.org. For an instant response, you may wish to contact Ásgeir. He is available at 202-712-1941 or by e-mail at asigfusson@usaid.gov. The address of the American Foreign Service Association is 2101 E Street NW, Washington, DC 20037.
