The Nelson A Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany
seeks applications and nominations for the position of Director of the Center for International Development (CID).

CID, through its sponsored international development programs in some 30 countries, furthers the University at Albany's global mission of engagement. The Center has a rich history of successfully securing contracts and grants to maintain program activities and currently employs a staff of approximately 100 international based employees supported by a home office staff of 25 located in Albany, New York.

The Director, reporting to the Dean of Rockefeller College, is fully responsible for CID's overall management, administration, project implementation, funding, and strategic direction.

The selected candidate will have successfully led a growing professional services organization; exhibit a vision of the future as well as a comprehensive understanding of the policy and practice of international development; and display a thorough familiarity with the priorities and programs of bilateral/multilateral donor organizations.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
