Fellowship Program Manager, SAIS
 
The Central Asia-Caucasus Institute of Johns Hopkins University’s SAIS seeks to fill a part-time position to manage new program of fellowships that will enable rising young leaders from Central-Asia and the Caucasus to spend periods of 6 weeks in Washington DC. The manager will
1) develop application materials,
2) elicit nominations and applications from a broad, international group of leaders,
3) oversee a selections process,
4) assist in arranging visas, travel, and accommodation
5) arrange group and individual programs in Washington DC, including meetings, visits, seminars, etc.,
6) after the first year, to organize follow-on meetings in Central Asia and the Caucasus for program alumni.

A parallel but smaller group of younger American analysts and scholars addressing Central Asia and Caucasus will also be sponsored under this program. The manager will be available full-time during program sessions in Washington but otherwise can manage his or her own time. Please send resume with cover letter to caci2@jhu.edu.
