| Search for Common Ground, an international non-profit organization that promotes peaceful resolution of conflict, seeks a Program Director, Middle East. SFCG's mission is to transform how individuals, organizations, and governments deal with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. The Program Director, Middle East will manage projects designed to build bridges across ethnic and national boundaries in the Middle East, and will address the region's conflicts in innovative and constructive ways. Many of the projects are related to TV and radio production, and prior experience in the media field is a definite plus. A profound knowledge of the Middle East and the ability to function as both a conflict resolver and social entrepreneur are needed. The candidate is responsible for project implementation, budget and grants management, and principal fundraising. We are seeking candidates with English fluency, and proficiency in Arabic and/or Hebrew would be a plus.
