The members of the governing board are as follows: AFSA President, Secretary and Treasurer; State Department Vice President and nine board representatives; USAID Vice President and two board representatives; FCS Vice President and board representative; FAS Vice President and board representative; Retiree Vice President and four board representatives; and a board representative for IBB.
