the benefit of knowing you are helping your colleagues meet their children's
college expenses.
AFSA
depends on CFC donations to help fund our Academic and Art Merit Awards
to Foreign Service high school seniors and need-based Financial Aid
Awards for Foreign Service undergraduates. In the 2008/09 school year we will provide support to over 94 Foreign Service students with awards and scholarships totaling over $185,000.
Applications
for college aid are available at http://www.afsa.org/scholar/
beginning November 1, and the submission deadline is February 6, 2009.
If you would like to make a donation,
1. Send your contribution via snail mail to: AFSA Scholarship Fund, 2101 E Street, Washington, DC 20037. If sending a credit card donation via snail mail or email, please use the "Form to Make a Donation" found at http://www.afsa.org/scholar/.
2. Use the orange "Give" button found at http://www.afsa.org/scholar/ (secured by GeoTrust) to make an online check or credit card (Master Card or Visa) donation.
3. Designate "#11759" on your federal government employee Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) pledge card.
