AFSA Scholarship Grid

The American Foreign Service Association (AFSA) Scholarship Fund offers need-based, undergraduate Financial Aid Scholarships and Merit Awards for high school seniors of Foreign Service children. Applications are available on November 15, and the submission deadline is February 6.

Academic Merit
- Fifteen (15) $1,800 awards
- Six honorable mention awards at $800

- Best Essay & Community Service Award - each $250

Art Merit
- One $1,800 award

- Two honorable mention awards at $800

Financial Aid

Approximately 70 need-based scholarships ranging from $1,000-$3,500
