from Miami, Florida.

Casey Knerr is a

sophomore at Georgetown

University, majoring in sci-

ence, technology and inter-

national affairs. Casey is from

Berlin, Maryland.

Jones is a second-year stu-

dent at the University of

St. Andrews in Scotland. A

native of London, she is pur-

suing degrees in history and

international relations.

native Nicole ‘Nikki’ Roche is

a political science major at

Northeastern University in

Boston.

Shannon Mizzi returns

for a second semester with

us. Originally from Boston,

she has a degree in history

from the Royal Holloway

University of London.

a rising senior at the Uni-

versity of California, Santa

Barbara, where she studies

political science. Her home-

town is McLean, Virginia.

DONOR LUNCHEON

Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and

Business Affairs Charles Rivkin met with previous

recipients of theWilliamR. Rivkin Award during an

April 27 luncheon hosted by AFSA. The award has

been conferred to a mid-level officer for constructive

dissent every year since 1968. From left: Assistant
