W e came upon this tarn about an hour up the trail from Nuuk. The temperature was right at the freezing mark so it was partly covered by a thin skin of ice. I was led to this spot by Sung Choi, our new American consul in Nuuk. The consulate opened in June and is tied to U.S. Embassy Copenhagen.
